HELP NEEDED!

Kia ora,

Can somebody please help me?

Natasha has posted a very difficult gadget this week and I am stumped! If anybody could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. It looks like a sewing/craft tool but I am struggling to find the 'most correct' answer.
