Well after my morning pep-talk I managed to push myself to get a run time of 10minutes and 21seconds. That is an improvement of 9 seconds from my previous run. I will keep pushing and hopefully I will be able to run the 2.8km in under 10 minutes. I may have to start running in the rain to maintain my fitness to be able to push myself past the point of utter destruction. I was close to vomiting today but I felt like i could deal with it better.
